Outrigger Kaua'I Beach Resort & Spa Lihue, Lihue

While the resort offers tropical landscaping and a few amenities, my experience was marred by several significant issues. The dining options were pretty much a letdown, particularly the lack of on-site choices that were reasonably priced. The pools and spa services were redeeming qualities, but the state of the rooms and the hotel maintenance left much to be desired. Overall, it was not what I expected for the price.

The hotel has a lovely tropical ambiance that enhances relaxation, and the staff were personable and accommodating throughout our stay. However, the condition of the rooms leaves much to be desired, and the dining experience could use improvements.
